NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-005659-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERT IFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-12, is the Plaintiff and Florence Splingard, Philippe Martinez aka Philippe F. Martinez, Robert Edward Wiggins, P.A., a dissolved Florida Business, by and through Robert Edward Wiggins, its President, United States of America, Department of Treasury, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the December 17, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 26 AND WATER LOT 26A, BELLEAIR COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 37 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
