NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 52-2018-CA-003644 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Lorraine A. Lutjen, Deceased , United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Florida Housing Finance Corporation , Larry Edward Lutjen , Michelle Maria Lutjen, Mortgage First, LLC, an inactive Utah Corporation, Successor in interest to Unicor Funding, Inc., Pinellas County, Florida Clerk of the Circuit Court, Terryann R. Wilson-Pencarinha a/k/a Terryann Wilson-Pencarinha, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the December 11, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
