NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 52-2019-CA-004309 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GTE Federal Credit Union d/b/a/ GTE Financial, is the Plaintiff and Gary Gene Wing a/k/a Gary G. Wing, Financial Portfolios, II, Inc., as assignee of Chase Card Services, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the December 11, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
