has been filed by Plaintiffs, PIERRE'S ROOFING COMPANY d/b/a PIERRE'S REMODELING & CONSTRUCTION, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Alisa Wilkes, Esq., 13400 Sutton Park Dr. S., Suite 1204, Jacksonville, FL 32224, (904) 620-9545 on or before 12-20-2019 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court and Plaintiff's attorney, otherwise a default and judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in this Petition.
