YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit No. 42, Building B-10, ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT NINE, a Condominium, as further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3271, Pages 98 through 124, inclusive, and according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, Page 39, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided percentage share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication, on Michelle E. Lowther, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7243 Bryan Dairy Road, Largo, FL 33777, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
