NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 25, 2019 and entered in Case No. 52-2018-CA-003717 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Towan D. Rush a/k/a Towan Rush ,Pinellas County, Florida Clerk of the Circuit Courts, Lizette D. Rush , Onemain Home Equity, Inc. f/k/a American General Home Equity, Inc., Pinellas County, Florida, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Jane Doe, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the December 4, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, BLOCK 1, WEDGEWOOD FORREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
