NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 14, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 19-002430-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-WMC1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-WMC1, Plaintiff and JUAN R. AGUILAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN R. AGUILAR; ANN FLEMING; KEN FLEMING; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR WMC MORTGAGE CORP.; ARBOR GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.
