NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on November 12, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-004547 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DOUGLAS J. HENDERSON; MAGNOLIA MANOR OF LAKELAND HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC.; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; CHASITY L. JOHNSON; JUANA ZEIGLER; YOLANDA HENDERSON; and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on December 17, 2019 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, OF MAGNOLIA MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 111, PAGES 27 AND 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as 3004 Cobbler Square Lane, Lakeland, FL 33810
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
