NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 14, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-003066-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein STERLING NATIONAL BANK, is Plaintiff, and ANTHONY ROSA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.M. the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 59, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5 at pages 65 through 77 of The Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
