NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14 day of August, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-003614-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON M. KETCHAM A/K/A JASON KETCHAM NICOLE M. KETCHAM JASON M. KETCHAM A/K/A JASON KETCHAM UNKNOWN TENANT; and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 19 day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
