NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 1, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19000525CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. LENDINGHOME FUNDING CORP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and SUMMIT CREST CAPITAL, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY F/K/A CALCAP, LLC; DAVID C. HELM, II A/K/A DAVID HELM; ACE OF DIAMOND GROUP LTD, LLC, A GEORGIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, are defendants. Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of the Circuit Court for CHARLOTTE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 19TH day of DECEMBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 AND 3, BLOCK 73, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
