NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41-2019-CA-000594 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust Company, as Successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee to Structured Asset Securities Corporation, Series 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and Randolph T. Murray; Tammy M. Murray; are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17th day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1, OF WHITFIELD COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
