NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure (“Final Judgment”) entered on November 20, 2019 in Case No. 2018CA002576AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC F/K/A NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS W. BARNES; MELODY HANEY A/K/A MELODY BARNES; CREEKSIDE PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN HEIRS DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF THOMAS BARNES A/K/A THOMAS F. BARNES A/K/A THOMAS J. BARNES, DECEASED, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 7, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. or soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, CREEKSIDE PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT 48, PAGE 27 THROUGH 35, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
