KIT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONTEA J. KIT N/K/A BRITTNEY KIT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA G. DEITRICH N/K/A JOHN DELTRICH; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on December 17, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
