NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated, July 9, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-1612 of the TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein MULTIBANK 2009-1 CRE VENTURE, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is Plaintiff, and STEPHEN MCCAMMOND (A/K/A STEVE MCCAMMOND and A/K/A STEPHEN K. .MCCAMMOND), an individual, DONNA MCCAMMOND (A/K/A DONNA T. MCCAMMOND), an individual, SHUMAKER, LOOP & KENDRICK, LLP, an Ohio limited liability partnership, and AGRICREDIT ACCEPTANCE, LLC, an Iowa limited liability are Defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 9TH day of JANUARY, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot #1: The North 100 feet of the West 100 feet of the following described: commence at the Southeast corner of Section 7, Township 34 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence go West along the South line of said Section 7, a distance of 1282.88 feet to a concrete monument on the East right-of-way line of an existing shell road; thence N 00 degree 43” W along said right-of-way a distance of 880.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence East 200.00 feet; thence N 00 degree 43” W, a distance of 420.00 feet more or less to the South right-of-way of 21st Street court East, thence West along said 21st Street Court East a distance of 200.00 feet; thence S 00 degree 43” E, a distance of 420.40 feet more or less to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Tax identification # 7939.1531/9.
