NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 6, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2019 CA 000497 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING, LLC is Plaintiff and PATRICIA A. JANECEK, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of December 2019 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The Northern 75 Feet of Lot 8, in Block B, of Springhill Park Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, at Page 30, of the Public Records of Sarasota County Florida, more particularly described as:
Commence at the Northeast corner of said Lot 8, Thence West along the North line 165 Feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of said Lot; Thence South along the Eastlerly line of Second Street, 75 Feet; Thence East and parallel to the North lot line 165 Feet more or less, to the East lot line; Thence North 75 Feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
