NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure (IN REM) dated October 25, 2018 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 12, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017 CA 006379 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AJAX E MASTER TRUST I, A DELAWARE TRUST, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and EDWARD L. KLOPFER; LISA A. KLOPFER A/K/A LISA KLOPFER; TURTLE ROCK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; JJJ FAMILY LLLP;, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 19th day of December, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure (IN REM), to wit:
LOT 24, PARCEL I, PARCELS “I” AND “J” AT TURTLE ROCK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE(S) 4, 4A THROUGH 4G, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
