NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2019, and entered in Case No. 36-2018-CA-003533 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Unknown Successor Trustee of the Alma H. Bolt Trust under the Trust Agreement dated February 4, 1994; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Alma H. Bolt Trust under the Trust Agreement dated February 4, 1994; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 26 day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 29 AND 30, BLOCK 601, UNIT 21, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149 TO 173 INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
