Bartels, deceased; Kimberly Cardieri;Kimberly Cardieri, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Donald J. Bartels, deceased; Pelican Pointe on the Gulf Association, Inc. f/k/a Bonita Shores, on the Gulf, Association, Inc.; Scott Bartels;The Unknown Beneficiary of the Revocable Trust of Donald J. Bartels; The Unknown Trustee of the Revocable Trust of Donald J.
