Take notice the aforementioned Petition for Adoption shall be heard by the Honorable Darrell Pratt on January 14, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. at the Wayne County Courthouse, Wayne, West Virginia. The parental rights of Keith Bart Benson may be terminated in the proceeding and he may appear and defend any such rights within the required time after such service. If Keith Bart Benson fails to appear, he may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings. S.N.B. was born unto Carla Dawn Petry and Keith Bart Benson on May 30, 2005, in Pembroke Pines, Broward County, Florida.
