NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2019, entered in Case No. 19-CA-2717 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Vanessa Ramirez is the Plaintiff and Keith Yeisley, as Trustee of the Dalzell Family Land Trust, is the Defendant, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 am on the 8th day of January, 2020, the
following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Tract Beginning 664.33 feet East and 167.39 feet North of the Southwest corner of the North 1⁄2 of the Southwest 1⁄4 of the Northwest 1⁄4 of Section 8, Township 29 South, Range 18 East, Hillsborough County, Florida; thence run East 100 feet, North 17.39 feet, West 100 feet south 157.39 feet to the Point of Beginning.
