THAT PART OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SPENCER ROAD (DEED BOOK 1883, PAGE 296), 2430.89 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE N 89°55`22” W, FOR 290.4 FEET; THENCE N 00°19`30” W, PARALLEL TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SPENCER ROAD, FOR 118.66 TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF THE TARPON SPRINGS LAKE FERN ROAD; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY, ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE FOR 296.7 FEET TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SPENCER ROAD; THENCE S 00°19`30” E, ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SPENCER ROAD FOR 181.34 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on eXL Legal, PLLC, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 12425 28th Street North, Suite 200, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, on or before JANUARY 7TH 2020 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Hillsborough County George Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
