DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007- HE2 is Plaintiff and ROBERT A. CAMP AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 02/02/2007 KNOWN AS TRUST NUMBER 1309, ALECIA SPENCER A/K/A ALECIA NIKELLE SPENCER A/K/A ALECIA NIKELLE BRYANT, ANDREW SPENCER, CITY OF TAMPA, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A JOHN WILLIAMS,, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 31, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
