NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-002096 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, Plaintiff and Briyanna Monet Lewis-Hendricks, as Personal Representative of the Estate of John Brandon Hendricks, Sr. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 8, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, CHANNING PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 115, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
