NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 18, 2019 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-005908 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR HECM ACQUISITION TRUST 2018-1, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT INDIVIDUALLY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and JENNIFER COSSUTO GREEN A/K/A JENNIE COSSUTO GREEN A/K/A JENNIFER COSSUTO VAVROUSEK A/K/A JENNIE COSSUTO VAVROUSEK, GENISA GIZAOA, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of January 2020 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block 14, Grant Park, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 30, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
