Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Judicial Sale entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 5 IN BLOCK “B”, of FENWAY-ON-THE-BAY SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat of said subdivision, recorded in Miscellaneous Record Eleven (11) Page Two Hundred Twenty-Three (223), of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; also described as the East Seventy-Five (75) feet of the West One Hundred Seventy-Five (175) feet, of the North One Hundred Thirty-Eight and One-Half (138 1/2) feet of Block “B” East of Water Lot in said Block “B” according to the Plat of Fenway-on-the-Bay Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 7 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 2, 2020.
