NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered November 8, 2019, Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered September 16, 2019, Order on Defendants' Motion for Rehearing and Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered July 10, 2019 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-5043-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and LEROY E. SCOTT, LINDA J. SCOTT, ALLIANCE MORTGAGE COMPANY are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 12, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 13, Annhurst Subn, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 68, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
