NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 19-3245-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF LARGO, is the Plaintiff and VICTORIA ELLEN BAUMANN, HOLLY ELIZABETH BAUMANN, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 19, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 23, BLK 7, LARGO LAKE VILLAS UNIT 4, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 80, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
