The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida will receive sealed Request for Qualifications in the Purchasing Department of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida 301 - Fourth Street S.W., Largo, Florida 33770-3536 until 4 p.m. local time, on December 18, 2019 for the purpose of selecting a firm for Design Services required for the scope listed below.

SCOPE OF PROJECT: The Pinellas County School Board (the district) requests qualification statements from experienced and qualified firms or individuals to provide Architectural Design Services for New Construction and Renovations.
Scope of work: Objective is to create a welcoming presences to the front of the school along with building renovations to enhance the campus. Scope of work is posted on Public Purchase.

PHASE 2 PRELIMINARY DESIGN DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS:
45 DAYS
PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS: 60 DAYS
Such time limitations shall be exclusive of review and approval.
