That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit No. 4, Building B-53, On Top of the World Unit Forty-Nine, a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT FORTY-NINE, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 4798, Pages 712-739, and any amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 31, Page 123, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2416, World Parkway Boulevard, #44, Clearwater, Florida 33763.
