NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2019, and entered in 17-004774-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF 10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and VIRGINIA E. GONZALEZ A/K/A VIRGINIA GONZALEZ; PEPPERTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 09, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 1312, PEPPERTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 16 THROUGH 19, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5086, PAGE 615 ET. SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITION AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
