NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 16, 2019 and entered in Case No. 19-000369-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and GORDON COTMAN, JR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GORDON COTMAN, JR.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TOWNHOUSE NORTHWEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on December 17, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THENCE S. 89° 56' 12” E. 39.83 FEET; THENCE S. 0° 03' 48” W. 24.0 FEET; THENCE N. 89° 56” 12” W., 39.83 FEET; THENCE N. 0° 03' 48” E., 24.0 FEET TO THE P.O.B., ALSO KNOWN AS: APARTMENT 3, BUILDING “H”, TOWN HOUSE NORTHWEST.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
