YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Tract N: QUEENS POINT SUBDIVISION, (unrecorded) as per the map thereof recorded in O.R. Book 1527, Page 1147, Public Records of Polk County, Florida; and more particularly described as: The South 110 feet of the West 237 feet of the East 262 feet of the following; Tracts 3 and 14 of W. F. Hallam & Co. Club Colony Tract as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 102-A, Public Records of Polk County, Florida; and the East 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 29 South, Range 24 East, Polk County, Florida. Subject to an easement over the South 20 feet and the West 7.5 feet thereof.
