NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Default Judgment of Lien Foreclosure dated September 19, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CC-1640 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning in 11:00 a.m. on the 24 day of October, 2019 at the third floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 4, Building 132, Granada Lakes Villas Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 3969, Page 1537, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
