NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2019 and entered in 11-2019-CA-000284-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING, LLC is the Plaintiff and JANE MARIE FLAGLER, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES G. FLAGLER A/K/A JAMES GEORGE FLAGLER, DECEASED; JANE MARIE FLAGLER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LAKEWOOD VILLAS IV HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKEWOOD COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
