NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 26, 2019 in Civil Case No. 11-2018-CA-003281-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein RBC BANK (GEORGIA), N.A. is Plaintiff and ARNI SEKAR, et. al., Defendants, the Clerk of Court Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24 day of October, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 205 in Building 859, and Parking Space C-299, Laurel Oaks At Pelican Bay Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1548, Pages 2112 To 2212, the First Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1550, Page 1664, and the Second Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1552, Page 870, and the Third Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1556, Page 300, Fourth Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1561, Page 493, Fifth Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1565, Page 2323, Sixth Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1572, Page 1513, Seventh Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1576, Page 50, Eighth Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1580, Page 261, Ninth Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1584, Page 1582, Tenth Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1591, Page 2119, Eleventh Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1598, Page 1049, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
