NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, on October 24, 2019, I will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the Lobby of the Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL, 34112 the following described property:
Unit No. 20, Phase 1 of Shenandoah Estates, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 761, Page 191, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Property Address: 105 Blue Ridge Drive, Naples, FL 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
