NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-006884 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10, Plaintiff, and ABPAYMAR, LLC; PALM COVE OF WESLEY CHAPEL HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; JOSE A. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
