NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2018CA003854CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and OWENS, HOWARD, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, NIKKI ALVAREZ - SOWLES, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on October 29, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 134, Block 1 of Turtle Lakes, Unit Four, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, pages 83 and 84, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
