NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2019, and entered in 2017 CA 005419 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and SONATA LABANAUSKIENE-RIEGEL, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BRAM RIEGEL A/K/A BRAM RIEGAL (DECEASED); SONATA LABANAUSKIENE-RIEGEL; PAULA RIEGEL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 28, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 00°14'51” WEST, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 23,543.63 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 00°14'51” WEST, ALONG SAID LINE, 449.25 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88°53'43” EAST, 480.90 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°14'51” EAST, PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 23,456.44 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88°02'23” WEST, 481.12 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING AND LYING IN SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
