NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 5th day of April, 2019 in the cause wherein Geoffrey Morris, Plaintiff, and Erich M. Swatek, Defendant, being case number 2017CA3057NC, in said Court, I, Thomas M. Knight, as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendant, Erich M. Swatek in and to the following described real property, to-wit:

Commence at the SE corner of the NW 1/4 of Section 29, Township 38 South, Range 19 East; thence N 0Ëš08'20” W 102.26' along the East Line of said NW 1/4 of Section 29 to a point on the Northwesterly right-of-way of Kings Way for a point of Beginning; thence continue along the Northwesterly right-of-way of King Way S 43Ëš03'33” W 300.00', thence N 15Ëš56'27”W 565', more or less, to the centerline of Shakett Creek, thence Easterly along the center-line of Shakett Creek 360', more or less, to its intersection with the East Line of said NW 1/4 of Section 29 , thence S 0Ëš08'20” E 390', more or less, along said East line of said NW 1/4 of Section 29 to the Point of Beginning. Exclusive of waters of Shakett Creek, all of the above described land being located in Sarasota County, Florida.

I shall offer this property for sale at 2071 Ringling Blvd. Sarasota, Florida 34237, County of Sarasota, Florida, on November 5, 2019, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said Defendant, Erich M. Swatek, right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments , if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND. The moneys received through the levy on sale will be paid as prescribed by F.S.S. 56.27.
