NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure IN REM dated September 20, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-CA-006753 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES, SERIES 2015-3, Plaintiff, and PEARLY DINKS; WILLIE DINKS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A JANE DOE, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of October, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 2, LINCOLN PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
