NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 10, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-10818 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2005-HYB8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HYB8, Plaintiff and PHYLLIS TILLMAN; THOMAS M. TILLMAN; BANK ATLANTIC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on January 13, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
