NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a order dated August 16, 2019, entered in Case No. 12-CA-019715 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee Under The Pooling And Servicing Agreement Relating To Impac Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-2 is the Plaintiff and Paula Eaker; David Tillman as Trustee of the 24th Avenue Trust #10204, UTA Dated 6-1-09; Unknown Tenant #1 are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 17th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, IN BLOCK 8, OF ALTMAN COLBY SUBDIVISION, 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, AT PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
