NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2019 and entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-000824 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and MANNE, BRIAN, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, PAT FRANK, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on December 19, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
THE NORTH 53.25 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 4 OF VINE PARK TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
