NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2019 and entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-002998 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and DIXON, OSCAR, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, PAT FRANK, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on February 20, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 37, BLOCK A, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 21, UNIT 2, PHASE 1 AND PHASE 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
