NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-007138 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE2, is Plaintiff and Thomas Faucette a/k/a Thomas Faucette, Jr. a/k/a Thomas B. Faucette, Jr.; Genesis Faucette a/k/a Genesis M. Faucette; Live Oak Preserve Association, Inc.; Cedarwood at Live Oak Preserve Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Thomas Faucette a/k/a Thomas Faucette, Jr. a/k/a Thomas B. Faucette, Jr.; Unknown Spouse of Genesis Faucette a/k/a Genesis M. Faucette; Noelle B.
