AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and ESTELLE BACKUS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; VILLAGE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE PHASE II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A THE TOWERS AT CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; KENNETH MURPHY; PAMELA LYN DELUNA are the Defendant(s). THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NO. 2208, PHASE II, AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE TOWERS AT CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OR CONDOMINIUM FILLED ON JUNE 17, 1983 IN O.R. BOOK 4131, PAGE 431, OR THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
