AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and ESTELLE BACKUS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; VILLAGE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE PHASE II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A THE TOWERS AT CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; KENNETH MURPHY; PAMELA LYN DELUNA are the Defendant(s). BOOK 4131, PAGE 431, OR THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
