NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2019, entered in Case No. 16-CA-004937 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-B is the Plaintiff and LINO FIGUEROA, SECURITY NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ALFREDO FONSECA, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on November 15, 2019, at 10:00 AM electronically online at the following website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
