NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2019 and entered in Case No. 17-CA-003605 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH W. CARTER A/K/A JOSEPH W. CARTER, JR.; MAUREEN CARTER; JUPITER HOUSE LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on December 12, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
